Located directly next to Ariel Dunes I is the second and newest building on the resort. Ariel Dunes II offers it's own unique set of amenities and is situated with a southwest view to offer fantastic sunsets as well as a view down the coastline. This Destin condo building offers two pool and plenty of pool deck to embrace the sun. Although Ariel Dunes I offers a heated pool in the winter and spring, this building does not. Not to worry, guest of Ariel Dunes II can enjoy a heated pool at the Tennis Village if needed. Ariel Dunes II also features a fitness center, grilling facilities, and is an easy walk to Cabana Cafe.
